Sautéed Bell Peppers & Chicken Apple Sausage
  • Drizzle olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced bell peppers and fully cooked chicken apple sausage.

  • Cook until softened, then season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  • In a separate pot, bring 3 cups of bone broth to a boil, then add 2 cups of white rice. Cook on high heat until the rice is done.

  • Plate your meal and top with half an avocado. Enjoy!

Roasted Sweet Potato with Ground Turkey and Tomato Basil Sauce
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F.

  • Drizzle olive oil over the sweet potatoes and wrap each one individually in foil. Place them in the oven and bake for 50 minutes to an hour, or until tender.

  • While the sweet potatoes are roasting, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Dice the yellow onion and cook until softened, then add the ground turkey. Season with the Blend Seasoning.

  • Once the turkey is fully cooked, stir in Rao’s Tomato Basil Sauce and 2 cups of spinach. Let it simmer on low heat until the sweet potatoes are ready.

  • When the sweet potatoes are done, remove them from the oven, cut them in half, and fill with the ground turkey mixture. Top with Parmesan cheese and enjoy!
